Returns are easy! Your satisfaction is important to us. Within 90 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Chinese in Focus for replacement or refund.

* Product is the wrong item

* Product was damaged/defective when it arrived.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of items more than 90 days past delivery.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

ChineseInFocus.com can replace items only if they are defective or damaged and after the original item is returned.

Packing and Sending your Return

Just a few easy steps:

1. Please email our customer service at info@chineseinfocus.org, our customer service representative will send you a return

address.

2. On your packing slip, handwrite your reason for return using one of the following (if you have a printer, please print this page and circle

the reason for return):

* Product is the wrong item

* Product was damaged/defective when it arrived, I just don't want it anymore

3. Pack the items along with the packing slip securely in a box. You can use the box in which the items arrived or another box if you prefer.

4. Please send out return via insured mail to our return address and a replacement or refund will be sent to you.

5. Customer is responsible for the returning cost.

6. Please note Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
